Till now i used normal raagi powder only. two methods i used to follow depends on time availability. this not only for kids, we can use for all . 1) while preparing dosa or idly batter i do mix this raagi powder. the measurement i use 1 cup urd dal, 2 cups (rice for dosa) OR (idly rava) and 3/4 cup of raagi powder. first prepare batter and in that add this powder and put it aside for 5 to 6hrs. (if you dont have time just before half an hour also you can add this powder to the batter) after that we can use it as normally. 2) with direct raagi powder i prepare dosa or roti instantly but not idly. for this i add onions, grated carrot, ajwain, jeera, salt, grated chilli or red chilli powder . (All these are optional) if it is for roti the dough will be like our normal roti dough. for dosa it will be as loose batter. if you have still any doubts you can reach me to 819733052
