Hi Safia, this is a common issue among toddlers, even my daughter use to cry a lot while washing her hair or drying her head. This is a phase and it will pass. You can make bathing fun-have few toys and play game and prepare her for bathing, do some game while bathing. These all might help as did the same.

Helo Safia its normal and seen among kids. You can buy some bath toys give it in their hands so they will be playing with that and try to change their concentration. They will cry only and use mild shampoo's for head bath even because of concentration when it goes into their eyes they will cry and wont allow you to touch the next day because of previous day irritation. That will be coming to their mind so only

Hi safia ! Make it a game. ask him to imitate u. He will copy u and praise him when he does that. also u could do the same narrating the story of a monkey who took a towel and wiped his head. ask him to show how the monkey did,on his own head. children at time get fussy so they need to be dealt with lot oa patience and love.
