Feeding is all based on Demand n Supply ,you should give one time feed in multiples of 30 (30ml of water 1 spoon of powder) ,give the feed for every 2-3hrs. Sometimes babies will be in deep sleep @ dos tyms atlst w8 fr 4 hrs. Even if ur baby drinks only 70ml ,u mix 90ml and feed it till she/he is full.

i suppose every child has different appitite. Some takes only 30ml per feed or some takes 120 ml per feed for 1 plus month old baby. i guess if your baby is taking 90ml per feed thn ur lo shld be satisfied for 3 hrs. There would be times when your baby require frequent top feed within a gap of 1. 5 hr. It is growth spurt. even there would be times when your baby is sleeping for 4-5 hrs stretch and does not require top feed. I guess baby shall be given top feed as when required by the baby. If baby is overfeeded then he/she will vomit or have loose motion. Even i am a mother of 1. 5 month old baby and faced d similar issue. I discussed it with many people and surfed online. Even i visited doctor she was totally against topfeed. But we can't keep the baby hungry if our baby is not satisfied by our bm, probably due to less milk supply.
