I am having excessive nausea and vomiting. its 12 weeks of pregnancy now. any home or natural remedies to handle

hi Ritika Chakrabarty! avoid being on empty stomach for long . take small frequent meals, avoid tea and coffee. avoid lying down immediately after meals. have dinner by 7. 30 or 8 pm . have a balanced nutritious diet with fruits and vegetables and diet rich in iron and protein . keep yourself well hydrated. consult your doc to prescribe u an antacid . If your doc allows do go for walks after meals. hope this will be of help to u! take good care of yourself Ritika!

Hi Rikta, you can also try the moms co body wash. I've been using it for 2 mtha and it really helps me in the morning. Nice orange and ginger oil smell helps me a lot
