Hello Radhika Makker Kya aap pregnancy me fast rakh rahi hai kya? pregnancy me fast nahi rakhna chahiye. Lekin agar aap fast rakh rahi hai to aapko apne khane-pine ka proper dhyan dena hoga. aap fruits, dry fruits,nariyal pani aur juice le sakti hai.

Hi Radhika Makker yeh depend karta hai aap kitni baar din Mai meal letey hai and kya kya aap le saktey hai. Is samyein agar aap ghia ki sabji, fruits , makhana kheer, buckwheat roti, aalo ka pakoda kuttu ke aate se coated le saktey hai. Kyunki yeh sab thoda garam taseer ka hota hai, isliye moderate amount mai hi lijiye. Is blog se bhi aapko madad milegi. Radhika Makker aap fruits le. Sakti hain, sabudhana kichdi, sengdhana, aalu, arbi jaise kha sakteh hain. Upwaas ke samay puri tarah se pet khali na rakeh isse acidity badd sakti hain. Fruits vegetables ki salad kha sakteh hain.
