needing feed and sleep schedule for 12 week old baby

Hi my lo is 12 week old. i couldn't maintain this fèding and sleeping schedule since his 6 th week as he had severe cough n cold till now n fed on demand. can somebody share their schedule n how many times should i feed him during day and night. He feeds for every 3. 5 to 4 hrs during day and night during 12 hour stretch he wakes 3 times to feed. need to reduce it to twice. since it is exhausting. n he has gas problem so have to burp him for atleast 30mins b4 putting him down
