Rizuta u have three options in that case: request mothers 's from either side or distant relative to come to ur home and u could hire a part or full time maid who could help them with this . second option would be if hubby could change his job timings and take an afternoon shift. . or u could wait till your child is one year old and and child could be left at a crèche.

hi sikha .. yaa m in nuclear family.. n my baby is just of 5 month .. m a teacher. my prob is I don't wanna leave my baby on others hand except my family bt no one is free

Hi Rizuta, you can search for some good crutches, store expressed milk for your baby. If some relatives are there it will be great relief for you.
