nipple pain during breast feeding

my baby is 1year 9 months old. when i breast feed to my baby my right side nipple is paining ...its look small whitish round shape on the top of nipple... when i touch it its paining. what can i do... please answering to me...

hi Minakshi Roul ! please make sure baby latches properly while feeding ..also see if it's a postule with pus in it. if yes,please consult your doc. it might need antibiotics.
