Helo Preeti when you are giving food for your toddler what you have to do is sit near her ask her to feed you so she will show interest in eating. Make small small balls of food and tell have to eat eggs laid by different animals. Make food in different shapes like smiley face, mickeymouse, bear etc. Add beetroot caroot to give colour in dosa batter, chapati etc. Try to give different taste foods. Even if she is eating less dont force her to eat. Let her enjoy and eat. Yes even it may take 2hours. Be patient.

Hi @preeti! Try and be a role model for her. Serve her food with family members, so that she could imitate and learn watching others. give her handy food to eat which she can chew even while on the move like stuffed pratha, roll roll dosa, soft idli loaded with veggies etc.. Praise her when she finishes her food. initially set a timer say for 40 minutes and let her finish her food. Next time reduce 5 minutes and let her finish in 35 minutes and so on.. Praise her with each success. but please ensue she chews well.

Hi Preeti, this is a very common among toddlers at this age, do not worry. Try few tricks like- sit with her and eat, set a time saying lets see who chews food first, engage her in her favorite activity and help her to eat, encourage self eating habit. This may take sometime but she will be fine as she grows.
