not eating food and fear of strangers

hi all... my baby is 23 months old and she never eats well .. she is only 10. 50 kg.. to make her eat I always have to distract her from eating by taking her to the playground or by making her busy with something else.. she doesn't drink milk also.. she drinks milk only when she is sleeping.. she has a fear of strangers also.. even if any kid comes around her she starts crying and want mummy at that time.. please help

hi dear Dont panic dear ..i can uunderstand tnsn hoti hai being a mother. dont worry aj kal bcho ko aise hi khilana pdta hai even mg son eats while Playing wid toys or watching baby tv if she is active dont worry for wait .try giving her variety n different food and if she dont eat enougb at one time give her again after sometime and related to kids n strangers take her to park everyday with her toyz and help her in sharinv wid differenf kids n u play wid other kids holding her hand Like wid ball
