Hi Anu! Generally around 1 year of age children undergo teething. There taste buds are also developing . They might accept few things while reject others. It is OK as long as he is having rice in some form or other, As dosa is also made up of rice. U could try other options like Idli, poha or upma or vermicelli. Try one new dish for 3 or 4 days. Try serving small size first. U could try making funny face on Idli or make a mountain of poha and hide his favorite food underneath. U could tell him,if he finishes it, he will find a surprise below. U need to try different tricks to make him eat. Like story telling, picture book reading, playing a game etc. As far as fruits are concerned u could add finely chopped pieces in custard or puddings or ice cream etc. u could reward him for trying out new dishes. Hope this works!

Also u need to take care of his protein content which can be taken care of by serving pulses, eggs, paneer, tofu, beans and finely chopped vegetables can also be hidden in pulses. U can have a plate for yr self too with lots of variety and eat along. u can serve a small serving in a bowl and give a spoon to the child. The child would initially play and might try a little too. Allow him explore his food.

Hi You may try for parathas, use pulses in dosa batter. In parathas initially add little bit of vegetables and when he will used to it you can add more.. And in dosa also while making batter for it you can add ragi or chana dal or moong dal or oats etc. It will be tasty and healthy.. And finely chopped vegetables also you can add in dasa batter..
