Hi my daughter is 6. 5 months old. I have started weaning from last 20 days but still she doesn't eat anything. She fills her mouth and then spits. Or just lock her mouth with tongue. I have tried suji kheer milk biscuit dal ka pani apple puree banana sweet potato but she is not interested in anything. What to do?

Hi Neha, you have just started so give small quantity and the consistency should be thin so that your baby could swallow easily. Read these hacks to make weaning process easy;: Hey! I find this parent blog really interesting. I suggest you have a look too: https://www.parentune.com/parent-blog/7-baby-weaning-hacks/2221?ptref=sa0l000468401pp

Hii neha... When u first introduce food to baby they have really small quantities... Like 5 to 8 spoons at first... Gradually the intake will increase.. So don't worry.. And first small quantities and food's consistency should be more on liquid side.. so it becomes easy to swallow for the baby.. And please don't give biscuits to baby or any sort of food which contains preservatives... U should give baby only two meals... Like khichdi.. Or Dal water or rice.. Then slowly slowly start giving Ilaichi banana, pomegranate juice, and u can even give veg soup to baby.. and u should not even give any milk except breast milk till age 1.... please ask ur pediatrician and don't give sugar... Or honey to baby.. And when u introduce anything then give the same thing to the baby for atleast 6 daz.. So tht baby gets adjust to it.. And slowly and gradually introduce new food to baby.. Now their digestive system is also not tht powerful.. Hope it helps you..
