Not enough breastmilk

Hi all, my baby is 4. 5 month old. I am feeling he is not having enough breastmilk, Doctors suggested to start solid. Can you please suggest me whether I can start solid food or bottle milk? Or is there anyway to increase breastmilk?

Hey vani, There is a tablet called as lactar to increase milk production however check with your doctor before taking it.

Hi, you please take food with more garlic, fennel greens methi green.. If you like non veg, take fish especially shark which induce more milk production.. Start weaning after 6 months.. Consult your doctor more than twice before giving solids
