hi sangeetha ! how did u get to know yr milk supply is not enough? is his weight gain not fine ? how often is he peeing in a day? u could try out these mantras :be confident that u r doing it right, nurse more as it increases the milk supply, relax while feeding ,have galactagogue like fenugreek seeds etc , have a healthy diet yourself, don't go by hearsay that ur milk supply is not enough unless yr doctor advises so.. and last but not the least have supplements prescribed by yr doc..

don't get stressed, Milk will be produced by the glands itself so don't worry but you should not stop feeding the baby. As much you feed milk is produced.

Hi. Im also In the same condition. For increasing of breast milk, try to use the breast pump so that the production of breast milk will increase because of sucking inbuilt in breast pumps. Take the right choice of breast pump otherwise the money will be wasted by investing on that.

Hi Sangeetha plz don't go for any supplements like powder etc... It may be good for temporarily only, So have your regular foods fruits etc... Especially green veggies... Spinach (dill leaves) is produces more milk for baby.
