hi Jahida Mirza! not all days are same Jahida especially in the case of children. lots depends on how is their mood, whether they slept well, if they are feeling well, are they feeling bored , are they overexcited etc.. also children need variety. they get bored with same dish everyday. give her variety and novelty. add color and design to her dishes. make meal times happy time. spend quality time with her. narrate her a story , keep talking to her and give a small plate to her to feed herself . if she's still not in a mood, avoid force feeding her. dont worry she will have food properly the next day. how this will be of help to u!

Jahida may be she is not keeping well. is she teething? reduce her milk intake to 550 ml per day . once she feels better she would start eating on her own. u could consult your doc if u feel she is uncomfortable and not cheerful!

don't worry it's just a phase it will pass by soon. as soon as she starts to feel better she will spring back to her normal self and take proper diet. till then give her small frequent meals keeping in mind her choice.
