not passing stool

my son is 3 month old and he is not passing stool for last 4 days. pls suggest me what to do

Hi Twinkle, 7-8 days without passing motion is also normal if your baby is active and healthy. You can give few drops of nutmeg mixed with a spoon of breastmilk.

its quite common nothing to worry .if he doesn't pass stool upto 1 0 days nothing to worry.. if it crosses 10 days consult your pediatrician.. secondly put gripe water it makes babies stomach lighter .

give him a nice hot water bath and massage his stomach nicely
