Asfiya depends on d child's age . u can gv home made food which hv plenty of nutrients and proteins. u can gv PEDIASURE to ur child as this is the good health drink. I too had problem with my child eating habits and many moms suggested pediasure to me . it really helps.

kids are fussy in eating. To keep their diet balanced give them healthy and nutritious food and at a small interval of time . The food should include fruits, vegetables, milk, etc daily. Keep giving different types of fruits n vegetables every day with other nutritious food. kids generally don't like vegetables. so make their food interesting add some cheese or panner and give in form of parathas or toast . so that kids love it. You can make cookies of all nutrition, the child can take it in between lunch n dinner time. ingredients like FLOURS like -Wheat ,ragi, soya bean, bran wheat ,you can add PEDIASURE Cookies n cream or any other flavour PEDIASURE to make it more nutritious, add ghee or butter, to make it crisps you can add rava. mix all ingredients and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 180° . kids will definitely like it. This is full of nutrients and will be eating healthy. Always try to avoid eating late at night ,as the child eat late than his intake of water is less . At least after an hour after meal we should drink 5 glass of milk
