I have a 2 yr. Old girl. My baby doesn't like to eat much... And whatever little she eats, is not enough for her growth. Can you guide me how to make her have something good and tasty at the same time. Is ragi good for children?

hi sonal! sometimes children straightaway refuse to have healthy food.. u could play around with recipes and give colourful food filled with taste, variety and is tempting at the same time.. and not to forget is healthy too.. so add palak to aata or cooked daal while kneading, also use paneer in recipes. add finely chopped veggies to dishes like poha, upma, pasta, semolina, dosa, etc.. give at least 2 servings of fruit everyday. yes ragi is very healthy for kids.
