Hi Pretty, You can give any of these: FOR BREAKFAST: 1. Idli/dosa with non spicy chutney 2. Alternatively, you can cut the idli into small pieces and add them to some tadka. it becomes idli upma. 3. Rava upma- here u can add carrots and peas 4. sabudana khichdi 5. Poha with groundnuts and onion FOR SNACKS: 1. Fruits of her liking 2. Try different dry fruits. kids tend to love raisins as they are sweet 3. fruit flavoured yogurt Hope this helps.

1- healthy pancakes made with wheat , honey, egg and milk. you can even blend in a banana. 2- oats with figs - saute figs , almonds(optional) and dates together in ghee and add it in the oats. 3- creamy peanut butter sandwiches - cut then into bite size cubes. 4- creamy peanut butter French toast - you can make a peanut butter sandwich , dip in egg with some honey and shallow fry in ghee. 5- mashed potatoes with veggies sticks. boil the vegetables and saute in butter with salt and pepper.
