my daughter is eating e everything. but her health is not as such will be happened. her age 2 yrs 5 months. her weight is only 9 kg

hi Varsha Bajpai! u need to give her small frequent meals. add fruits like sapota, pomegranate, pear ,grapes; vegetables like tapioca, sweet potato, beans ; pulses like kala chana ,matar, ,rajma whole milk, yogurt, nuts, dry fruits, butter ,ghee , egg, non -veg to her diet. narrate a story along of her favorite character. give her a smiley on eating food on her own.. have a plate for yourself too . add variety and color ; pattern and design to her plate. i am sure she won't be able to resist it for long. hope this helps!
