Hii Mam! I have been reading your blogs. I very happy that some one is there to guide first time mothers with the kinds of foods to be given to a growing child. I am a mother of one and a half year baby girl. She is a very poor eater. She is under weight and more over i am a working women i leave her near a care taker at home. SHE EATS ONLY LIQUID FOODS in the sense in every food i prepare it should be dry as she wont swallow even in upma , idly , etc i prepare some rasam etc as she doesn't eat as such. So I seriously need some food recipes which are healthier and nutritious for my kid. We are vegetarians mam.

Hi, Please give ragi java mixed up with the jaggery. try to give puffed rice in a plate so that they will only make a habit eating. Do not bother if they throw it on floor. let them eat. Mix any food with milk , so that they will swallow. week by week please reduce the milk in food and give.
