is anybody of you who is pregnant have any sort of anxiety disorder or depression and can you please share your experience and what are you doing to stop this?

hi Deepika! anxiety and depression during pregnancy are inevitable due to obvious causes such as unpredictability about future, physical , emotional, hormonal, social and many other changes which are taking place in the body. seek help from a person whom u r close to say your friend or a relative. confide in them. talk to your hubby about anxieties in your mind . join the group of 'to be MoMs'. sometimes talking out gives a vent to your fears. indulge in some activities that keep u happy and feed your mind with positive thoughts. pamper yourself. have a healthy nutritious diet, follow excercise regime as advised by your gynaec. go for regular check ups and keep in touch with your gyneac. above all have faith in Almighty.
