does intake of onion in food of a mother cause colic to breastfeeding babies, aged 1 month??

Helo Anuradha there is nothing like that, you can have onions during breastfeeding

Hi Anuradha, some mothers finds gas issues in child after consumption of certain foods item like onion or beans but many don't so this has not been scientifically proven and colic is very different from gas.

Anuradha hi.. you can have onions if they are fried and sauted ... after that it doesn't cause gas so don't eat them RAW ...so it will not be reason of concern... for the baby it doesn't cause colic
