Helo Hirwa Phiphy refusing to eat food is normal. You have to ensure that you are giving protein rich foods for your baby. You can get a baby sitter possible and make him sit while all are eating food and serve him also. By watching others eating he too will eat. When you give food to your baby and don't expect them to eat like elders or the entire food. They will play, will look at colour of foods, its texture. You can give paneer, tofu, vegetables and fruits as finger foods, soups, fresh juices, tender coconut. You have to make foods appealing for babies Like making beetroot poori, chapati, make dosa's like teddy face, rat face and all. Don't force feed also. You can give sweet potatoes. , make new new recipes instead of giving same idly or dosa. Give ragi semiya, pongal,kichadi. can give eggs, fish, meat. can give some pattices like potato, or any vegetable of your choice. You can also read the following blogs to try new recipes. Hirwa Phiphy u must make some colourful finger food and nutritious balance diet basedbpastabupma porridge khichdi etc for baby to start and eager to eat. Don't give baby in-between meals for letting him feel urge to eat.

Hi Hirwa, try adding colors to food with beetroot and palak. Kids love colors and tend to eat the fruit. U can even try giving shapes to food that wil male it interesting for the kid.

Make mealtime funtime. have discussion on his fav topics so that he could associate food with joy and fun. keep his choice in mind. give him handy food which he could have even while being on the move. also add variety to his meal plan. enjoy yr meals and watching u he will imitate.
