Helo Hirwa Phiphy refusing to eat food is normal. You have to ensure that you are giving protein rich foods for your baby. You can get a baby sitter possible and make him sit while all are eating food and serve him also. By watching others eating he too will eat. When you give food to your baby and don't expect them to eat like elders or the entire food. They will play, will look at colour of foods, its texture. You can give paneer, tofu, vegetables and fruits as finger foods, soups, fresh juices, tender coconut. You have to make foods appealing for babies Like making beetroot poori, chapati, make dosa's like teddy face, rat face and all. Don't force feed also. You can give sweet potatoes. , make new new recipes instead of giving same idly or dosa. Give ragi semiya, pongal, kichadi. can give eggs, fish, meat. can give some pattices like potato, or any vegetable of your choice. You can also read the following blogs to try new recipes.
