oral weakness

my son is 2. 6 yrs. he doesnt speak clearly. he speak only 4 or 5 words properly. he does not express his feelings by words but he use more epressions by his hands whatever he wants to say.

Looks like he can understand everything but He has problem with reciprocating .. try provoking him to talk , don't give anything he wants , if he uses action .. wait for him say the word .. or sometimes ignore his actions .. try to say the first letter of the word , keep stressing that .. he should get it .. if nothing works , why don't you consult pediatrician ? I am not trying to alarm you but it is always good to consult doctor as they can give the best solution ..
