Hi.. i am 19 weeks pregnant and have to sit continuously for 8 hrs at ofc.. at d end of d day i have a light pain down my stomach.. what shud i do.. its making me tensed

dont sit continuosly. try to walk in between. take breaks after every 45min and walk atleast 2min. sitting continueosly will affect blood circulation. there is another prob too... if u r sitting for long tym there is a chance that yur baby will remain in breach position... so try to walk everyday half an hr... when u r back home try to walk half an hour that too slowly... u can walk in yur bedroom or in yur home.. no need to go out for walking. i am 30weeks and my baby has come to head down now bcoz i walk daily. but i have a frn who was having a breach baby in her 33 weeks and she started walking... and now her baby is head down.

congratulations on your pregnancy.. 1. dont sit for too long at a stretch. 2. keep your leg upright. 3. keep walking for 5 minutes after every one hour. 4. you can use Mama earth's bath salt. it helps to relax body and soak away all pain take care
