Pains in 31 week of pregnancy

I hv been having lower abdomen from last 2 days which goes towards back side. Along with it I have lower back pain n leg pain. nausea feeling n 99 temperature too. I m nt sure whether to visit doctor or not as thy always say tht stretching causes such pain. I m 31 week pregnant. please advise.

hi.. thnks fr your advise.. I did visit my gynecologist n she has advised to take betnesol injection of 12 mg twice in 24 hours duration just to be on safer side if they hv to deliver the baby early. she also gv some medicines to relax uterus muscles. just wanted to know if this injection is safe or not. I read any it on Internet n it has both kind of views abt it. I m lil worried if it's required or not though I don't want risk fr my baby.
