my baby is 8 months. due to weather change I do not take my baby out as she may catch cold. at night I keep windows closed. and in early mornings also I keep them closed. After sun rises I let them open. now my relatives are saying this is affecting my child's immunity. she has to get accustomed to this weather. am I doing right? Please suggest whether I am doing any wrong

Sritama Sen Basu .. hi.. I understand ur concern as a mother. but trust me sometimes I feel it's just OK to let our baby catch a small cold or cough or fever.. they need to be accustomed to the weather and surroundings they are living in.. at this age they might not even notice the difference and will get accustomed.. but if they are a bit more grown up don't u think trying to accustom them at that age they will show tantrums.. my LO is 6 months and he loves to walk out any time of the day.. he loves it and I take him.. it actually does help I feel
