And for those unfortunate children who do not have parents (for any reason), the local, state governments should take initiatives to protect them... children employed as labour should be rescued and sent to schools/vocational training sector... some percentage of tax we pay must be used for rehabilitation of these children... Instead of government organistions (who do nothing or little), the companies can take this up a Corporate Social Responsibility - Rescue and Rehabilitate...

Awareness... make parents aware that getting extra money by making their children work is no good... instead Educate them.... Education will go a long way and will help them good jobs/respectable work in future...

Assam etc. so we should provide facilities in these states itself that their parents do not send them to work for petty amount such As generating employment, free education for children and free mid day meals for them, giving incentives to people who send their children to school, free uniform, books etc. parents can also be involved in education programme like helping teachers in taking care of children turn wise. So each n every mother gets an opportunity to contribute n she can paid for tht day's work. night classes can be organized for parents. Second step could be to take strict action against agents who r minting money from clients by providing child laborers n In return giving their families a very small amount. N for tht police should be sensitized to take strict action against a person involved in this racket including parents and agents as well.. So law n order machinery also needs to work on d laws so as to make them in favor of these poor families not only on paper but in reality. Thirdly media can be used to sensitise both parents their children n agents by flashing warnings n their effects on d victims. Fourth step could be to take make frequent visits to slum areas n collecting information regarding such issues in order to have factual figures in hands.
