All purpose flour aka maida (refined flour) and Sugar. As refined flour doesnt contain fiber which is difficult to digest. Refined sugar all the protiens, vitamins and minerals are lost, where only pure carbohydrates are left and these carbohydrates without proteins, vitamns aren't utilized properly by our body.

1. foods made from white flour like pasta's pizza's cookies muffins etc 2. white sugar found in candies soda's ice-creams etc

Refined foods have been processed or altered so that they are no longer in their natural state. This results in a loss of beneficial nutrients and fiber. High in calories and low in nutrition, refined foods are easy to overeat and less satisfying than whole foods.
