Pediasure or any other good supplements

Hi Aksa, some doctors suggests pediasure, it depends on your baby that what he willingly takes. Accordingly to me cow milk with some dry fruits powder is best.

I will suggest Enfagrow A+. I am also using this for my baby. I start it when he was 22month and now he is 2year 11month and I am happy with it.

Trinayani i used to give her bournvita lill champ with milk but she is refusing now and she takes plain cow milk without suger. I give her paneer mashed in rice or stuffed in parathas, a spoon of curd mixed in rice as these are the good source of calcium.

yours is only one year so she cant. Grate paneer and stuff in parathas.
