pee and poo problem

hi dear mommies , my son is 3. 6year .his problem is that he don't let me know whenever he wanted to go for pee or poo.. he will try to control his pee for almost half a day then forcefully I need to take him to bathroom, same with his poo habit ,he just sleep when the pressure is built and try to control it for a day, and finally when he is full with pressure he will run for bathroom or do it inside. this has started from last few months , before it was fine.. I try to make him understand ,but nothing is working. if someone can pls help as m worried that it may not cause him with some trouble.
