Persistent back pain

Hi All, I have a persistent backache since my delivery four months back. I had opted for an epidural and am now receiving feedback from many people that the backache may be due to that and would remain for a very very long time. I really would not like to believe that it is because of epidural. I am managing my baby and other jobs alone at home since my delivery and think that its due to the hectic routine these days. Anyone in similar situation and any suggestions pls?

Take vitamin D3 tablets on daily basis for 1 month. .docs usually prescribe it along with ca tabs, but that is minimal in amount.. so take it separately. .I also had the same situation, and had d worst pain since I became active on 3rd day of delivery as I was alone.. pain usually is due to stretch and sudden de stretch..

I am also going through same condition. I do take rest after each task... don't work at a stretch.... Make sure the body gets proper rest after each task you perform ... Try to rest and relax specially when your baby sleeps....

Dont stress too much.. dont lift anything heavy or anything suddenly.. avoid jerks. Also take full body massage especially your lower back. It helps.. if you are not allergic use sesame seed oil for the massage.
