Hi,Can anyone please tell me what appropriate time a child can spend in physical activities if a child is slightly overweight (not fat). The age of my son is 5 years. Thanks in advance.

Dear Swati, you may allow your child to play as long as he wishes and does not get too tired. This will help build up his stamina and he may gradually be able to play longer without getting tired easily, which also could help reduce his weight. How long does he play for now? Do you see him getting tired too easily?
