hey chetali as its genetic u can just increase his immunity gv fruit juice veggi soups .. boil corriander leaves n water n gv him to drink daily at least 200ml in full day it ll build his immunity .. n gv drumstic leaves soups n august leaves soups its very gd for kids ...alternate days gv ur baby ajwain boiled water ..gv him ginger juive with honey onve in a day daily .. and store water in brass vessel n gv tht wayer to ur baby .. all these thi g ll build him immunity
