the nuchal translucency measure s 1. 3mm the nasal bone is present. the ductus venosus shows a Continuous forward flow with a mild high resistance pattern. the cardiac is well visible and heart rate 163b/pm the fetus head spine all 4 limbs are well seen and appear normal .a feature of note is prominent stomach bubble in d abdomen confirmed by a trans vaginal sono which appears separate from urinary bladder. another feature of note is single artery indicating a two vessel cord
