hi Richa Agarwal! his weight is definitely on the higher side and he needs counseling from an expert in order to avoid any health related problems later in life if situation persists. meanwhile u could make your house junk food free by removing namkeens, chips , cold drinks, juices etc. sugar and salt intake should be reduced. all this has to be adopted by all family members and not just Samridh. make one day in a week restriction free day wherein he can buy just one item of his choice from the market which u can give him as a reward . replace all unhealthy dishes with helathy ones with loads of veggies, dals, fruits , milk etc . make sure he takes a balanced diet which is more concentrated in proteins, Vitamin and minerals rather than carbs and fats. introduce excercise and yoga in his daily schedule. or he could take up a sport/activitiy of his choice. Richa he needs your constant support and motivation which would be possible when blanket rules applies to all family members. hope this would be of help to u!
