poop colour

here I have another big concern regarding my baby . she is 6months now .since a month she is doing green poop ( she is on formula feed and poop once a day ) .during my last visit to her paed ,I asked about my concern and he told its normal ,nothing to worry .but since last two days she is doing watery smelly green poop(once a day),though she is active and no changes in any of her behaviour . also I've started giving her water since 3-4 days does anybody have an idea about my concern? what is the cause? I am really worried,as I don't have anybody to guide me.

I am filtering the water and boiling it before giving her .no there is no mucus .its just total dark greenish in colour and smelly. she has blocked nose every other day. and I am giving her wheat apple cerelac since 4-5'days as she just turned six months . and she always chew her gums as if she has irritation. does teethingalso result in chng of poop colour ?
