Poop problem

Hi.. mommies... My lo is 11 mnth old.. She always cries a lot when she poop in the mrng And her poop is too hard.. She is getting constipated from past one week.. Is there any home remedies for it.. Kindly suggest.

Hello Shalu, give her ripe papaya regularly in the evening. Cut papaya in small pieces and smash them well. Mix boiled vegetables like carrots, pumpkin, bottle gourd etc with her boiled rice. Add a small chunk of butter with her rice.. It will make the path slippery which helps the baby to pass out stool easily. Give her lukewarm water. Not only water... if she is comfortable. .give her vegetable soup, Masoor daal soup etc
