Poor Appetite post Vaccination

My baby is 3 months old and 5 days back he was given DTP, Hib vaccination His appetite has reduced a lot since then. Is this normal and by when do babies start taking milk properly. My doctor has given him Multivitamin to increase the appetite but I am not so comfortable giving him medicines if the situation is normal.
