hi.. m having very bad hair fall... ladies pls suggest how are u taking care of your hair post pregnancy.. which oil you are using ? has anyone tried indulekha oil.. they claim in their ad that 3 times a week fr 4 weeks will grow new hair... pls help.

Indulekha oil is really bad . Do try natural oils and you also try mamaearth argan hair mask

Hairfall post delivery is very normal. Having a protein rich diet and as much aa baby allows a good sleep pattern is important. The argon hair mask by mamaearth worked for me. You could try that too

hi ya eat lots of veggies nd nutritional food nd i put cocunut oil nd den after shampoo apply mamaearth hair mask. obvioysly in a day or 2 u wil not botice but hairfall wil lower slowlt slowly try it

hi Pallavi! hair fall post pregnancy is not unusual. due to hormonal changes, stress, lack of proper sleep, irregular diet and nutritional deficiencies the hair cycle enters into telogen phase.. please keep yourself well hydrated. take all supplements such as iron and calcium prescribed by yr doc. also have a balanced nutritious diet with , catch up on sleep.. try and sleep when yr baby is sleeping. here is a blog on how to deal wit h hair fall post pregnancy, please do have a look.
