Hi I had 2. 5yrs baby delivered through csection. I I gained lot of weight in pregnancy n due to some reason could not go for any sort of exercise as m living in nuclear family and can't leave baby. I I gained fat around my tummy n sides. I is there any way to loose this fat. The I tried diet, gym but nothing is helping. I can any one pls suggest me something. TIA

Pls do try yoga exercises, suryanamaskaram daily... Hv lemon wid warm water daily morning on empty stomach.

talking about my experience I had lost weight through exercise only (cycling). You can go for a evening walk with your baby. Use stairs instead of lift and cut down your carbohydrates. Try floor exercise at home to reduce the belly fat. All the best!!☺

I can't consume lemon n other sour products due to some medical reasons.

Thanks Mahira Kadri m using stairs as I live on 2nd floor, and do all household chores like cooking, cleaning everything myself. It's like I go up and down stairs total of approx 15-20 times but nothing is working.

Try other options too. And give yourself some time it will surely get reduce gradually.

Thanks Mahira Kadri . I I hope so it to go as m trying from 2 yrs but not even 1/2 inch loss nor weight loss. Stuck at same point since I delivered.

Also u can reduce ur rice n carbohydrates food n tak proteins instead. Tak lots of water, less oil, lots of fruits n veggies

If can't take lemon try warm water on daily basis 3/4 time. It will take time.. ,
