hi Nidhi! that's perfectly fine. he will settle down and develop a routine sooner or later. make sure he finishes his dinner by 8 and sleeps by 9. 30 pm. once he follows a fixed routine , things will start falling in place . try giving him hot milk before sleeping if he likes to have . again maintain a gap of one hour between milk and sleep time. this should help!

hi again! Nidhi meanwhile u could focus on making him toilet trained and also teach him to inform the teacher If he wishes to use the washroom in school. at home keep making him sit on the potty chair at a particular time in the morning everyday. he will come around soon.

I v faced the same problem. don't worried. with the course of time everything will be OK. wen a child joins the school, he develops certain habits himself. as my son get up first I get him brushed his teeth n GV him a glass milk. After that quickly he goes to potty. let him drink ample amount of water. GV him fruits like papaya, guava. Avoid junk fruit n things made of maida . As if he is going to join the school it is very necessary to get him fresh in the morning. Develop in him good habits from the very begining so that he will follow them lifelong. make him sit to do potty in the morning daily . you can consult a doctor who ll prescribe u some syrup which u v to gv him before going to bed.

Try giving a serving of oats at night but don't be so finicky about the morning time. As long as a child is passing motions regularly and effortlessly he/she is healthy.
