hi anukrati chauhan ! yes that's a tough task to potty train a child but u would be successful with patience, perseverance and praise.. u could take help of ur hubby who could demonstrate how to use toilet.. also gradually remove one diaper of the day(if he is using ), followed by complete weaning off. make one corner of washroom child friendly with child size commode or use a toilet seat with his favorite character on it.. also keep his toys , bath toys , and picture books in one corner due to which he wouldn't dread his visits to washroom. praise him and give a smiley on his hand on using it.. but avoid scolding in case of an accident or stubbornness of not using it.. let him take his time to overcome his apprehensions. basically making him consider using a washroom a good experience rather than a dreadful one..

Thanks Shikha Batra .. There is one more issue that I am facing.. I usually dont use diapers at home. Normally I get him peed every 1 hour in the toilet only and he is not much repulsive to that and I have been doing this from past 1 year or more. But even then if I forget this even a single time he don't come to me and just pees in pants. This makes me worried how to train him further..
