my baby is 3 month old .... he is doing potty in every half n hr ....what to do???

hi Lata Sharma ! is the stool watery, smelly or has mucus in it? please keep feeding him after every 2 hours so to as avoid dehydration in baby.. also please consult yr doc for proper treatment.
