firstly get him a potty trained they are available in the market n online too... get the one which gets fit on ur toilet seat. and also motivate ur kid to sit on the new toilet seat... initially he will refuse but you have to be regular for that n everytime he needs to get fresh ask him to sit on it.

potty should not be focused alone ... if you give so much importance to potty alone it will became aversion to your kid... alternatively your can combine with other habits, like my son was not brushing teeth nor potty on his own initially, training for each separately did not workout, then tried this, everyday I used to get a sticky note, draw a simple human and mark what things he need to do daily, like 1. peeing, 2. brushing, 3. toungue clean, 4. potty, 5. facewash etc ... and let him tick whenever he finishes each daily habits. he used to skip few things initially, but slowly he started adhere to the list. Now he does all by his own and it become habitual for him within a month.
