Please give some good ideas on how to celebrate girl baby's first birthday except throwing a party to friends and family because we don't want to throw any party. Any other ideas are more than welcome.

what we did was celebrated my daughters birthday in an orphanage had made arrangements for lunch with kids

why not spend an evening with grandparents at old age home , who haven't seen their grandchildren since ages. I am sure they will make this evening all the more special for u and ur child by showering their blessings.
