pratham use to bite his nails so his skin around the nails also not looka healthy. what should i do to stop this habit .he is 12 yrs old he is in 7 class. help.

Hi Pooja, nail biting is a sign of nervousness and lack of self-esteem. How is your son in studies, extracurricular activities? Sit with him and talk to him about his class, friends is there anything that is troubling him? Assure him that you are there for him no matter what.
