Smoothly mashed rice with nice curd is the best. curd has natural probiotics and it is good for the gut.

Hi Avyaan Garg Try to give him fresh home made curd with Khichdi(made with equal amount of rice and moong dal). It would be good if somebody can make it with rice and moong dhuli daal with jeera tadka because it will enhance the taste and baby will like it with curd.

Hi Ayaan Garg.. try giving the baby sooji upma.... give your child sugar & salt water to drink so that the loss of water, minerals is replenished by the same... tall try moong dal khichdi with curd.. will definitely help the child...
