Hi Samra, first just think about your baby who is inside you and her well being is depended upon you so anyhow you need to keep yourself happy, just think about your baby ,what and all you will do once baby arrives what and all you will buy, listen to soothing music, do little yoga,go for a walk enroll in prenatal yoga classes it will help you in meeting new mom to be and you can discuss with them everything with them . These all will help, Happy pregnancy.

Hi samra,Don't feel like that please concentrate on your pregnancy and your baby. If no body is there to share inner feelings show attention to your baby, how's the movement is?how the baby grows like that. I don't know about your month of pregnancy. if it above five months don't think of unnecessary things which will effect your mood. if you think that type of things,it shows impact on baby's behavior when he or she borns.

yes it will effect the baby, after baby's birth ther will be some impact. for example, in your house,if there is any disturbance with your husband or your mother-in-law or your neighbourhood. then after baby's birth she wants that type of disturbances only she always crys, she likes that. so,please prefer to be happy what ever the problem be. most important person is our baby
